FC History Room Hours This Weekend

The Falls Church History Room will be open Saturday, November 8, from 10 am - 12 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm as regularly scheduled. The room, however, will not be open Sunday, November 9. 

CLOSED: Veterans Day

The library will be closed Tuesday, November 11, for the Veterans Day Holiday. Our digital collection is always available 24/7!

Armchair Travel at the Library

We will be meeting in the Main Level Conference Room of the Mary Riley Styles Public Library to continue our "travels." Join us the third Tuesday, January through December, at 1:30 pm to discover new places from the comfort of your chair. 

Today we will visit several sites off the beaten path in Maine. We will look at the spectacular coast, island life, the indigenous wild blueberry, the railroads, and how oysters came back from the brink.
