These weekly sessions are open to meditation students interested in having ongoing support with their mindfulness meditation practice and include guided meditation plus a related talk to support deepening your practice. Beginners welcome!
Wednesdays 10:30 am - 11:30 am.
About the Instructor
Your teacher, Mary Hale, is a native of Scotland who was introduced to meditation in 2015. “Come for the voice, stay for the calm.”
